Non-Profit Catering Company started to raise money for my little brother's college tuition to Culinary Institute of America. We catered soul food lunches to various corporations in NYC. SaltPepperGarlic, was named after the three main seasonings our father taught us to always cook with. Cooking out of my very very very small kitchen, we managed to raise enough funds to pay for my brothers first semester at CIA.
